On September 12, the finals of the 7th Yucheng College Cup Employees' Vocational Skills Competition was inaugurated, which was jointly organized by the Municipal People's Social Bureau, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Women's Federation and the League Municipal Committee, opened in Dezhou Vocational College of Science and Technology. Zhao Zhongxiang, deputy director of the Municipal People's Congress and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group, Sun Fengyun, deputy chairman of the Municipal Consultative Conference and Gao Rui, executive deputy director of the Municipal Committee Reform Office attended the opening ceremony.

       There are five kinds of competitions in this contest: maintenance electrician, welder, CNC lathe worker, mechanic fitter and Chinese pastry maker. There are more than 160 entries from 41 enterprises, 154 of them have passed the examination, and 92 of them have entered the final. Our company selected 3 mechanic fitters and 4 CNC lathe workers to participate in the competition.

       After fierce competition, our company employee Liu Ning won the first prize, and was awarded the "May Day Labor Medal" of Yucheng City, Sun Mingming won the second prize and Jiao Yufeng won the excellent prize in the final CNC lathe group. What’s more, Yang Detao was awarded the Excellent Award of Machine Repairing Fixter Group. Our company actively participates in this competition, and help our staff to be 100% focus onto the competition and won the "Academy Cup" Excellent Organizational Award. In the future, the company will continue to make great efforts to train highly skilled personnel and encourage employees to make progress.
