The project of “forming and lifting technology of fiber-holding wind power direct drive spindle” was led by Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "company"), and completed by Xingkui Si, Dianshan Liu , HongYun Ni, Zhiyong Cao, Chengye Wang and Shuai Zhang, won the third prize of Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress Award .

Through the innovation of smelting process, forging process, tooling mould and other measures of low carbon alloy steel, wind power spindle can maintain a good fiber trend in the process of production, While greatly improving production efficiency, product quality is more stable. Through the r&d and implementation of this project, the company has obtained 2 provincial level scientific and technological achievements appraisal and new product technology appraisal, and 5 state authorized patents.
